Before you come
What does a table reservation include?+
Every reservation carries a spend minimum, bottle service for the listed party size, mixers, a dedicated host and priority entry for the full party. The package you select sets the minimum.
How is payment handled?+
The table minimum and the processing fee are taken at the time of booking through our secure payment provider, and that payment is final. Anything spent beyond the minimum, along with tax, fees and gratuity, settles at the table on the night.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
No. All sales are final: once a reservation is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds or credits are issued under any circumstances. You accept this at checkout, where ticking the authorisation box stands as your electronic signature.
Can I change the party size after booking?+
Yes, up to 24 hours before doors. Write to the host on your confirmation email and we will adjust the table. The amount already paid does not change.
What is the dress code?+
Upscale. No athletic wear, no hats, no exceptions at the door.
